When X-Files premiered in 1993, it was unlike anything else on television. It dealt with the occult and extra-terrestrial life but did it in a serialized fashion so that only small bits of 'truth' were explained per episode. This type of story-telling is common place today with shows like Lost, but it all started with two FBI agents searching for the truth. If you were an X-Files fan then you will definitely have to check out the much anticipated sequel to the 1998 X-Files movie, which is coming out this summer.
